Google Allo is the latest app to be made available on Google Play Store and it is making quite a buzz. Mostly because Google Allo is from Google, of course, no surprise in that as the name suggests. But, the app is also Google’s take on WhatsApp. But, can it beat WhatsApp, it is yet to be seen.
The app Google Allo has got more than Million downloads on Google Play Store as of now and the company expects it to grow even stronger in coming days.
The reviews of Google Allo are kind of mixed ones. Whereas the initial users of the app have lauded the Google’s effort to introduce something fresh, they have also criticized the app for being yet another WhatsApp alternative rather than being iPhone’s iMessage equivalent.
Now everyone may not have complaints with the Google Allo and some are using it extensively due to the additional features it offers over any other messaging app.
The Google Allo works similar to any other messenger such as WhatsApp. It requires you to install and setup the app with your phone number.
Once the phone number is registered you can send text messages to any users who are on Google Allo and are in your contact list.
Talking of WhatsApp, it offers a desktop client that works on Windows. However, Google Allo does not come with any such desktop clients.
If you want to install Google Allo in Windows PC and Mac, you can do it using any Android emulator. There are several Android emulators to choose from.
For today’s post, I will show you how to install Google Allo on your PC and Mac using the Bluestacks emulator. So, here is how to install Google in PC and Mac.
Install Google on PC (Windows 7/XP/8/8.1/10) and Mac
The first thing you should do is download Bluestacks and install it. The app is quite big in Size (approx 300MB) so it may take some time to download depending on your internet speed. You can download Bluestacks from Bluestacks.com.

You can download Bluestacks from Bluestacks.com or click here for direct download.
Download Bluestacks for Mac
Go to Bluestacks.com and download it on your Mac.
Once downloaded, run the installer and install Bluestacks. Once you have Bluestacks installed, the next step is to Download the Google Allo.
So, open Bluestacks emulator on your PC and search for Google Allo app on the PlayStore.
Once the app is shown in the search result, proceed with installing it on your PC.
After installing it, open Google Allo and proceed with the onscreen instruction.
You will be asked to enter a phone number on which the app will be registered. So, enter any mobile number and you will receive a verification code.
Enter the verification code in the given field and you will be taken to the main screen of Google Allo.
