Fix 1: Disable or Unisntall Anti-Virus
As I said earlier, the third-party Anti-Virus software can be the reason why you are getting the error code 9006. A simple solution for this is to turn off any security software temporarily . Here is how to do it.
Login as administrator to your computer.
Make sure that you have set correct time and date.
Open your Anti-virus software.
Now disable it or turn off it temporarily.
Open iTunes again and try to update your device.
After disabling the Anti-virus you should be able to upgrade without any error or the error code.
