Step 1: Download TWRP Recovery files based on your mobile Variant to your computer
TWRP Recovery for Qualcomm Snapdragon variant

Step 2: Download and install Odin 3.07 on your PC.
Step 3: Once you have installed Odin 3.07 and downloaded TWRP Recovery file, run odin.
Step 4: Now put your Galaxy Note 4 in download mode. To do this, turn off Galaxy Note 4 completely, then press and hold Vol Down + Home + Power button. Once you see the warning message, press Volume Up button.
Step 5: Now, connect your phone with PC using the USB Cable.
Step 6: Now in your computer you will see the ID: COM in Odin turns blue.
Step 7: Now, click on PDA button and select the openrecovery-twrp-………..img file (this is the recovery file you have downloaded in the step 1).
Step 8: Now click on start to initialize installing TWRP custom recovery.
