Microsoft India has recently started to roll out a new minor software update for its selected Lumia devices which enables the device to support 4G LTE network. This would be a welcome move by Microsoft as the Indian carrier Airtel has started to expand its 4G service across the country and the another carrier Relaince is planning to launch its 4G Jio service in the country soon. The above mentioned device comes with inbuilt 4G LTE functionality, but lacked the required software. Now a new software update would allow you to enable 4G LTE on your Nokia Lumia 1020, 1320, 1520, 930, 925, 920, 830, 625. Here is how to enable it on your device.

Step 1: Make sure you have any one of the above mentioned device with proper connectivity
Step 2: Now go to Settings, software update and check for latest available update for your Lumia device.
Step 3: If you see any update is available for your device, proceed with installing the update
Once the update has been finished, you should be able to use 4G LTE on your Lumia devices. A Lumia 1020 user from Mumbai has confirmed the update on his device. Lumia 930 was the most recent flagship launch from Microsoft followed by Lumia 830. Both of these devices come with high end and mid range specifications respectively. The Lumia 1520 was targeted at large screen lovers where as the Lumia 1320 was for the people who love large screen but are on budget. Lumia 1020 was the camera centric device from Nokia whereas 925 was launched as beautiful device with great camera quality. Lumia 625 was launched as a budget Windows Phone device for the masses.
