This is achieved with a help of a Google Chrome extension called Image Downloader. Although, there are several similar Google Chrome extension available for the same task, but Image Downloader does this task with ease.
All you have to do is add Image Downlaoder extension from Google Chrome store, open the web page that you would like to download images from, select all the images and save it at one with a single click.

How to Download Multiple Images at Once in Google Chrome
Step 1: Download Image Downloader
First you have to download and add Image Downloader extension from Chrome store to your Chrome browser. You can download and add Image Downloader from here. Once added, open the web page from where you would like to download / save images and open Image downlaoder by clicking on it from the Chrome extension bar.
Step 2: Selecting and Saving the Images
Enter a name for the folder where all your downloaded images will be saved in Save to Subfolder field. Do note that all your downloaded images will be saved in these folders. Your folders will be saved in default save location of Chrome.
Next, set Maximum width and height limit for the images according to your need.
Next, you have two options. Either select all images at once by selecting “Select All” or select images manually. You can also use “Only images from links” option to download images from a specific link which are available for download. This allows you to filter out the thumbnails from the actual downloadable images.
Step 3: Download images by clicking on Download button.
That’s it. Now all your selected images will be downloaded to the default location and will be saved with a folder name you have entered.
