Patch My PC is a portable application, which is just 400KB in size. You can download it from official website of Patch My PC (Link at the bottom). Once downloaded, launch the app. As soon as you launch the app, it will start scanning your system for installed apps. Next, the app will list all the apps installed in your PC, in which app names in green means you have the latest version of the app installed, name in red means update is available for your apps and names in black means either those apps are not yet installed or minor update is available for them.
After the initial scan, Patch My PC will select and list all the apps for which updates are available. Click on perform update button to start the updating process. You may need to close any running application if update is available for them.
You can also unselect any app from the list that you don’t want to update.
