Step 1: Go to Menu and tap on Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Control Center and switch off “Access on Lock Screen”.

Disabling Notification Center require’s few more taps than disabling Control Center. Here is how to do it.
Step 1: Tap on Settings and then on Touch ID and Passcode.
Step 2: Tap on Touch ID and Passcode or only Passcode if you have older version of iPhone without Touc ID.
Step 3: Tap on “ALLOW ACCESS WHEN LOCKED”.
Step 4: Now slide and turn off “Today” and “Notifications View”.
Step 5: That’s it. You have successfully disabled Notification Center from the Lock screen.
As I noted earlier, even after disabling, you will still be able to access Notification and Control Center on the Lock screen, but no one can access it without unlocking your iPhone with correct credentials.
