Step 1: Unlock your iPhone and find your compatible USB data cable.

Step 3: Now open up Windows Live Photo Gallery on your PC.

Step 4: In Windows Live Photo Gallery window, click on Home tab.

Method 2: Directly connecting iPhone to PC
This is a straightforward method and does not require you to use any third party software for importing purpose.
Step 1: Connect your iPhone using USB data cable to your PC.
Step 2: Open My computer on your PC.
Step 3: In the navigation pane (left side) under Computer, you should see your iPhone listed.
Step 4: Double click on your iPhone or listed device to open it.
Step 5: Double click on Internal storage.
Step 6: Now you should see your Photos folder (DCIM).
Step 7: Find all your Photos in subfolders and copy them to your PC.
