Google Play store has millions of apps for your Android phone and installing them is easy as well. Almost every Android running phone comes with the official Play Store installed. All you have to do is, create a Google account and set up the Google Play Store account on your phone. After that, you will be able to download and install all the available apps from the Google Play Store with a click. Android apps are like your Android smartphone, with time they may start lagging. An app that used to open instantly after a tap now takes more than few seconds to open. However, resetting the Android app may make it run faster.how-to-reset-android-apps-to-make-apps-faster

Now, some apps come with inbuilt reset option, and some don’t, but every Android device has an application manager built-in. As the name indicates, it helps you in managing your apps. You can also use Application Manager to reset, force close apps, uninstall apps, clearing cache, etc.

If some of your apps have become slow and if you want to reset your Android apps then here is a simple step by step guide to reset your apps to its default state.

How to Reset Android Apps

Step 1:  Open menu, then tap on settings on your Android phone.

Step 2: Navigate to System Manager then taps on Application Manager.

Step 3:  Once you are in Application Manager, Swipe left until you see All Tab.

Step 4: Here you should see the list of all installed apps on your phone.

Step 5: Tap on the app you want to reset, it will open app info.

Step 6: Now, click on Clear Data button and confirm it by tapping on OK.

That’s it! You have successfully restored an Android app. Next time you open the app you’ll see that the app has been restored to its default state.
