Instructions to Create Backup and Restore Data on Samsung Galaxy Phone
As I have mentioned already, to create a backup you need Samsung Kies. So Download Samsung Kies from the given link below on your computer (only if you haven’t installed it already).
Step 1: Download Samsung Kies and Install it. Samsung Kies will download the USB drivers as well, so if you have installed Samsung USB drivers then uninstall them.
Step 2: Once the Samsung Kies Installed, connect your Samsung phone to your computer using USB cable.
Step 3: If Samsung Kies detects your device, then you can see basic information about your device like internal memory and external memory (SD card) available and used space, etc.
Step 4: Now click on Sync and Import/Export Tab.
Step 5: Now click on Backup and Restore.
