Method 2: Fix not genuine Error using RSOP
Step 1: Press Windows Key + R to open run command. Alternatively search for Run after clicking on Start button and open it. In the Run window, type in rsop.msc and hit enter to open the Resultant Set of Policy window.
Step 2: Click on Windows Settings, Security Settings and then click on System Services.
Step 3: In the right side of the window all the System Services will be presented. Among them search for Plug and Play service that will be set as Not Defined. Right-click on it, select properties. In the Properties window, set Startup type to “Automatic.”

Step 1: Download this Zip file and Extract it
Step 2: After extracting it, Right click WAT Remover app and select run as Administrator
Step 3: Now click on Remove WAT
Step 4: Now click on OK to confirm the change
Step 5: Restart your Windows 7 PC and you are done!
