Len Brown here – I followed instructions in method 2 but can’t seem to change values of rsop.msc – they’re greyed out. Therefore I can’t change Plug & Play to automatic. Do you know how I can make an amendment in rsop.msc?

The problem is, when I save it, it seems to attempt to retrieve the page from its source on the internet, which no longer exists. Is there any way I can configure Firefox to save the locally-held files instead?.
